The commitment
We will deliver 10 qualified sales calls to your calendar within the first 45 days of your engagement. If we don't, the default remedy is that we continue running and optimizing your acquisition system at no additional fee until you reach 10. If you'd prefer to exit instead, you're eligible for a tiered refund of fees paid based on how far we got.

Conditions that keep the guarantee active
The guarantee is only valid if all of the following conditions are met in full throughout the engagement.
1. Subscription and payment
You must stay subscribed and fully paid for a minimum of 3 months. Non-payment resulting in cancellation before 3 months have elapsed automatically voids the guarantee.
2. Ad spend
You must fund and maintain a minimum of $100/day in paid ad spend for the full 45-day guarantee window, paid directly to the ad platforms. The guarantee is void if this minimum is not maintained continuously.
3. Production
You must film all ads and VSLs we script and allow us to publish and run them without modification to our placements or targeting.
4. Approval turnaround
You must approve VSLs, ad scripts, and sales pages within 3 business days of receiving each. Delays beyond this window extend the 45-day clock by the number of days delayed.
5. Speed-to-lead
You must contact every booked lead within 24 hours and attend every sales call booked through the funnel.
6. Close rate and audit access
You must maintain a minimum 15% closing rate across all booked calls during the 45-day period. You must also grant us access to your call scheduling software so we can audit calls booked. A closing rate below 15% voids the guarantee — this indicates a sales problem outside our control, not a lead generation problem.
7. Refund evidence
To request a refund, you must provide recordings of all calls booked through the funnel during the guarantee period so we can audit outcomes and verify that booked calls were not closed by you.
What voids the guarantee
- Non-payment or early cancellation before the 3-month minimum.
- Ad spend falling below $100/day at any point during the 45-day window.
- Refusing to film or publish ads and VSLs we produce.
- Approval delays beyond 3 business days without prior agreement.
- Failing to contact booked leads within 24 hours or missing booked calls.
- A closing rate below 15% on booked calls.
- Failure to provide call recordings when requesting a refund.
The default remedy
If you hit day 45 with fewer than 10 qualified calls and all conditions above were met, our default is to keep working at no additional fee until you reach 10. You don't need to ask. We stay on until the number is hit. The tiered refund is available only if you choose to exit rather than continue.
